"I just love it" - Concrete Pool and Outdoor Design, Council Approval and Build in Long Jetty on the Central Coast of NSW: On delivery of our 3D landscape design, concrete pool and renovation and in preparation for the development application to council, to our build readiness stage, our client made these below comments:

The home itself was recently built in a beach-hamptons modern style but the client did not have sufficient laundry space and had a dream of interacting the yard between the existing studio and home through an outdoor experience. Also the client, who enjoys the gym work, was taking up his garage space to do so, wanted us to include a gym somewhere within the property.
We have a number of options when it comes to landscape & architecture design and start to finish build. But they always start with the house as it is now, or what the plans are for the future. It's our job to design to "future proof" our clients' options and this is why we often start with a "master plan" of the overall end result. There are many times we redesign the house with our architecture for just this reason.
We have included a curved infinity edge pool that spills over to a hidden balance tank. However this can be reduced by dropping our water level to a standard pool, internal water height, if the client wishes to save costs during the build, see more here. The client wanted two hang out spaces, one for the kids & their friends and one for mum & dad to hang, so we provided an additional hang out, extended pool walkway on the opposite end.
The gym has been made simple yet integrated to the studio by accessing the roof space, joining the rafters and extending the roof out and over, allowing a simple infill area, with mostly glass to allow light within a tight space.
Included within the design is a Remco Swimjet, Ezarri tiles, Deco Aluminium Timber look decking, Artisan Exterior stepping stone pebbles and pavers, outdoor pool shower, and the design and build through Luxury Pools & outdoor Living.
The end result is as you see it and the client was extremely happy. Our development application was lodged, with only one council question, answered within a day, and we are now preparing for the imminent approval and to get build ready.
