Our Services.
Luxury Pools & Outdoor Living provide support and processing services to make these otherwise difficult processes easy.
To begin work you will first need building certification. With the right partner swimming pool compliance can be a relatively easy process. In the Central Coast Region there are two main processes. Either you are lucky to have CDC [Comply Development Certification], which means you have basic standards that fit to a specific pre-approval and therefore not needing direct council processing to approve, however it still will required certification via a private certifier.
Alternatively, you will require DA [Development application], which will require a full submission to council for approval. CDC are usually quicker and cheaper, however this is your dream area, so don't sacrifice time over a premium result.

At Luxury Pools & Outdoor Living we will build your concrete swimming pool with all the finishings you need to comply & take your first dip.
The most exciting part of the build completion is the final certification that allows you to take the first dip. No final certification - means no swimming.
Many companies do not offer the end service, so it pays to ask the right questions from the start. Others don’t offer pool fencing, warning signs or other necessary compliance requirements to finish the job properly. They simply build your pool and leave you to sort out the rest. At Luxury Pools we will build your swimming pool with all the finishings you need to comply & take your first dip. As we are the licensed builder, you are not required to get a home build licence, find a tiler or even the tiles. We will install and help you select the type of finishings you need, pool fencing and even work to certify your pool ready to go. Letting you get on with what you really want to do, enjoy your new pool.
